Carole Linn

Carole Linn has a unique background that combines over 20 years experience in training, public speaking, and psychology. With an advanced degree from UCLA she has remained in the Los Angeles area to form Linn Training Services. Carole has addressed over 15,000 business and professional people throughout the United States in the areas of Partnering, Team Building, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, and Leadership. Her hands-on, experiential approach has proven to be very effective in gaining the attention of her audiences and producing long-lasting results. Carole’s success is proven by the on-going relationships with such companies as Caltrans, The Army Corp of Engineers, Department of General Services - State of California, Clark Construction, Swinerton, Urban Partners, DMJM, Morphosis Design, AC Martin Architects, UC Irvine, Leo A Daly Architecture, Turner Construction, Mc Carthy Construction, SCE, and Amgen.

Ms. Linn has been a trainer and consultant to the building industry since 1985 and spent 5 years as a communication/marketing consultant to Karsten/Hutman Margolf, a leading Project Management firm in Los Angeles responsible for managing the Getty Center, Hollywood Bowl, and many other significant projects.

The training programs Carole and her staff have enthusiastically conducted have assisted clients in creating more effective teams, building strong leaders and motivating employees to improve the quality of their work.

Chris Showerman

Chris has assisted Carole Linn on many Partnering Workshops as an actor and co-facilitator, including Caltrans and the Dept. of General Services, State of California. Mr. Showerman demonstrates the ARCH Communication Styles that are an integral part of the Partnering Sessions. He brings clarity and humor to the workshop and helps participants open up and break down communication barriers.

Chris recently starred as George in George of the Jungle 2 for Disney Productions.
